The Second Kohsar National Conference was held with vibrant enthusiasm at the Vice Chancellorโs Secretariat, Kashmir Point, Murree. The prestigious event brought together renowned psychologists, scholars, and students from across Pakistan, making it a significant gathering in the field of psychology and academic discourse. The inaugural session was marked by the esteemed presence of Professor Dr. Muhammad Sultan, Vice Chancellor, Kohsar University Murree, who attended as a distinguished guest. He offered his warm support and appreciation to the organizing committee and all participants for their dedication and contributions. Mr. Kashif Faraz, Additional Secretary of the Higher Education Department (HED), graced the event as the chief guest. His inspiring keynote address emphasized the importance of advancing psychological research and education in Pakistan. Prof. Suleman Khan, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, warmly welcomed all attendees with a heartfelt opening speech, setting a collaborative and reflective tone for the conference. Session Chairperson Dr. Naila Anjum followed with an engaging talk focusing on the growing relevance of research in Islamic Psychology, drawing significant interest from the academic community. A key highlight of the day was the keynote address by Dr. Ziasma, whose thought-provoking presentation captivated the audience and sparked meaningful dialogue among participants. The session was moderated by Co-chairperson Ms. Warda Sadiq. Dr. Sher Dil, Session Co-Chairman presented the Resolution to establish the Pakistan Psychological Council. In recognition of their contributions, shields were presented to the distinguished guests at the conclusion of the formal proceedings.
